If you would like for Samsung to create a fix for the smoothing problem on their 2010 and 2011 tv's. Please sign the petition here! If digital noise filters are turned off, it should really mean off (and not apply any noise filtering).
IMPORTANT: We are having difficulties contacting the right people at Samsung. So please help us out here. If you know a way to contact the right department at Samsung let us know! Samsung can contact us as well of course.
